Guaranteed Interview

During SkyWest hiring periods, cadets recieve a guaranteed final interview for a first officer position.

Pilot Mentors

Every cadet at SkyWest will also be given access to a pilot mentor. This mentor will help guide the cadet through the process of becoming a first officer at the airline.

Tuition Reimbursement

Cadets can receive up to $17,500 in tuition reimbursement!
